The Challenge

Major UK stadiums and venues needed a comprehensive digital solution to manage complex operations including staff coordination, asset tracking, incident reporting, and maintenance scheduling. The existing systems were fragmented, inefficient, and couldn't provide real-time visibility across multiple locations.

Vindico required a mobile-first platform that could handle the demanding environment of live events whilst ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency for venues like the Principality Stadium and Welsh Rugby Union facilities.
