The Challenge
Diva Agency was spending countless hours on manual design localisation tasks, with designers having to manually update text layers in Photoshop for multiple languages, calculate appropriate text sizes for different locales, and coordinate with translators across various projects.
The manual process was time-consuming, error-prone, and prevented the team from focusing on creative work that everyone actually wanted to be doing. We needed an automated solution that could streamline the entire translation and design localisation pipeline.
My Solution
I led the development of a comprehensive design automation platform that revolutionised our localisation workflow. The system integrated Adobe Photoshop with Google Sheets and automated terminal processes to create a seamless pipeline from translation to final localised designs.
